PROCEDURE AND POLICIES

The Infrastructure of the college caters to the growing needs of the students. The classrooms are occupied from morning to evening for teaching programme. The college ensures optimal allocations and utilization of the available financial resources for maintenance and upkeep of different facilities by holding regular meetings of various committees constituted of this purpose as per the requirements in the interest of the students. Library: The requirements and list of books is taken from the concerned departments in the process. The finalized list of books required are duly approved and signed by the principal.

Every year in the beginning of the session students are motivated to register themselves in library to the INFLIBNET. The library has the suggestion box installed to take users feedback. Their feedback helps in introducing new ideas regarding library enrichment. To ensure return of books No dues from the library is mandatory for students before appearing the exam. The proper account of visitors {Students and staff} on daily basis is maintained. Sports: Sports secretary is elected every year to maintain and conduct sports events. Apart from this sport teacher is assigned to guide students regarding the sport events. Every year athlete meet is conducted to ensure physical fitness among the students. Teachers are also involved to take part in the sports events. Computers: College has released funds for maintaining of computers in the college. Computer maintenance through AMC is done regularly and non-repairable systems are disposed off. Classrooms: The College has a building committee for maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure. At the departmental level concerned staff submits their requirements to the principal regarding classroom furniture and others. The college development fund is utilized for maintenance and repair of furniture and other electrical equipments. With the help of two fulltime sweepers cleanliness of classrooms are maintained. They are well equipped with modern tools of cleaning such as mops, gloves etc,. A complaint box is maintained in office in which students as well as faculty can register their problems which are resolved with a set time frame. Students are sensitized regarding cleanliness and motivated for energy conservation by careful use of electricity in classrooms. There are technicians, plumbers, carpenters appointed by management who ensure the maintenance of classrooms and related infrastructure.
